I’m editing an interview with Ron Westrum - famous for his culture model much discussed in the DevOPs books by Gene Kim. In our interview, Ron quoted the inventor Jacob Rabinow, who said, “If the boss is a dope, everyone under him is (or soon will be) a dope.”
